My birthday falls this Memorial Day Weekend and to celebrate “Van” and I are returning to Fort Lauderdale, our favorite gay vacation spot.
This trip should be especially nice because we plan to meet up with “Raoul,” a friend of mine who moved to the Southwest, and his partner.
Like me Raoul was married with kids and by stops and starts transitioned to the gay world. I’m interested in catching up and finding out how the journey has been for him.
And of course Van and I plan to hit the gay and nude beaches, the bars and the restaurants. Plus we are staying at the Grand Palm Plaza, (photo above) a clothing optional hotel.
Ummm, that should be interesting.
